PICK UP POLICY

Pickup location is at Ravine Park Plaza.

275 Port Union Road, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.

 

Please make sure that you will be able to meet at the pick up location. After your order we can arrange for the date and time of pick up. I will contact you by email, or text (if preferred).

Orders can be paid by PayPal or E-transfer.

For E-transfer payment, select Manual Payment at checkout. Please pay within 12 hours after having placed your order or the transaction will be cancelled. 

The order must be picked up within 2 weeks of ordering. If not, the items will be relisted for sale. You will be reimbursed half of your order in store credit if your items are not picked up after this time, and if no further discussion has been had. I can not offer a full refund for this scenario.

If an item can not be picked up or delivered for any reason, a refund will be given.

No guarantees on accuracy of the colour of animals or items, as conditions will vary between my environments and your own.

As of now I do not ship, though I may look into shipping in the future.

I can not currently do meet ups between location.

If you are interested in delivery, you may message me BEFORE your order for us to discuss a price. Currently it is not a particularly good option for me, though I will consider delivering to Toronto and Scarborough locations for a similar fee to pet retailers (est. $50).
